Wee Care offers loving, nurturing care and training for up to 12 children with special needs who are awaiting adoption, ranging in age from newborn to six years old. The emphasis in Wee Care is to tailor each child’s care to her/his individual needs. A safe, stimulating environment for our children helps to develop each child’s fullest potential and his/her opportunity for adoption.
A multi-disciplinary team (physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, registered nurse, registered social worker and child care worker) and our devoted volunteers provide professional services to our babies and children. We customize the special care each child needs, so that our many professionals work as one to serve the babies and the children.
