The Mother’s Choice Small Group Homes began in 1993. We currently have three homes (named 'Kindness', 'Joy' and 'Peace') to provide residential service to those children and teenagers who cannot be cared for by their families due to various family problems or crises. Examples of these problems include parents separation/divorce, sudden death in a family, parents suffering from illness, parents imprisoned, etc. There is a married couple in each of our small group homes to love and care for eight children. These homes provide the children with a family-like environment (as close to a home as we can make it), as well as 'parental' care and concern until they reunite with their birth family, are adopted or prepared for independent living at the age of 18.
